New Zealand sales only:
You must be located in New Zealand to purchase products from the shopping cart.
If you have created an account with us it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You are responsible for the consequences of any unauthorised use of your username and password.
Manta reserves the right to decline to register or to cancel your registration for any reason whatsoever.
It is free to create an account for the shopping cart but you are responsible for any costs incurred in using its website, including any charges imposed by your internet service provider.
Prices and specials may not necessarily be the same as the prices and specials elsewhere and vice versa. Manta may vary the prices of the products at any time without notice.
Prices are displayed in New Zealand currency.
Prices inclusive of GST:
Prices are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax.
Shipping is available New Zealand wide. Delivery charges will be automatically added to your shopping cart before check-out. Completing the purchase indicates acceptance of the shipping charges.
Payment is required prior to your order being shipped. Payment is available via:
- Internet banking
- Visa and Mastercard credit cards
If you choose to pay via Visa or Mastercard the following applies:
Manta does not handle the payment transaction on the shopping cart directly but use DPS Limited, a secure payment service provider whose online payment solution is both Visa AIS (Account Information Standard) and MasterCard SDP (Site Data Protection) certified. This encompasses the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Your credit card is charged when goods are invoiced for dispatch. By confirming your order and payment method your authorise us to debit your card and authorisation is automatically checked.
If your credit card is declined or further information is required we will contact you by phone and/or email. Remember you are responsible for all payments for goods ordered using your login, even if credit card payments are reversed later.

Trading hours and order processing:
Standard business hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. During standard business hours orders will be processed once payment confirmation is received. If confirmation is received by 3pm during business hours the order will be processed the same day. Orders outside these hours (including public holidays or the Christmas shut down period) will be processed the next business day.
New Zealand courier delivery:
Orders are delivered within New Zealand by New Zealand Couriers AND MUST BE SIGNED FOR. Manta shall be entitled to assume that any person accepting delivery is authorised to do so on behalf of the customer. If no one is available to sign for delivery at the time the courier calls, the courier will not be able to leave your package.
In most areas delivery is overnight. In some areas a 2-day courier will be used. Rural addresses can take longer for delivery. We are not able to deliver orders to New Zealand Post Boxes.
